Safety Inspection Specification

(1) The lifting height limiter, travel limit switch and each interlocking mechanism have normal performance and are safe and reliable.

(2) The hook hanger and pulley have no obvious defects. The steel wire wear and corrosion on the surface of the steel wire rope are less than 40% of the diameter of the steel wire, and there is no obvious thinning, no core prolapse, extrusion deformation, and burning loss. The wire rope end connection and the fixed part are well connected. The reel has no cracks; the safety roll is not less than 2 turns, and the ratio of the diameter of the reel to the wire rope meets the requirements. The balance wheel is well fixed, and the wire rope should meet the requirements. The brakes have no cracks, no looseness, and no serious wear.

A double girder electric overhead crane has the advantages of compact shape dimension, low building headroom height, lightweight, small wheel pressure, and so on. It uses together with a CD1 or MD1 electric hoist.

It is suitable for transporting, assembling, repairing, and loading; unload works in mechanical processing workshop, metallurgy auxiliary workshop, storage, yards, power station, and so on. It can replace a normal double-beam bridge crane and be used in workshops of the textile industry and food industry.
