What is a bridge crane?

Overhead cranes are hoisting equipment that is horizontally placed over workshops, warehouses and stockyards for material hoisting. Because its two ends sit on tall concrete columns or metal supports, it is shaped like a bridge. The bridge of the bridge crane runs longitudinally along the track laid on the elevated on both sides, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is the most widely used and the largest number of hoisting machinery.

Explosion-proof bridge crane

1. Explosion-proof bridge crane for coal mine:

Mainly used in the above-ground part of the coal mine and the non-excavating surface part of the mine, the crane should have a mining coal safety certificate (MA certification);

2. Factory explosion-proof bridge crane:

Mainly used in dangerous and important places with flammable gas or flammable mixture, the crane should have an explosion-proof certificate issued by the national testing center;

Capacity of Nybon Overhead Cranes

The lifting capacity of bridge crane is 5, 10 (single hook), 15/3, 20/5, 30/5, 50/lO, 75/20, 100/20, 125/20, 150/30, 200/30, 250/30t (double hook) and so on. For example, a 15t/3t crane means that the rated lifting capacity of the main hook is 15t, and the rated lifting capacity of the auxiliary hook is 3t.

Bridge cranes can be divided into three grades according to the lifting capacity, 5~10t are small cranes, 10~50t are medium cranes, and those above 50t are heavy cranes.
