What is a Dual-beam Crane?

Double girder crane generally refers to double girder bridge crane,also called Dual-beam Crane.

Double-girder cranes are generally composed of three major parts: mechanical, electrical and metal structures. The appearance of the bridge crane is like a single-span flat bridge whose two ends are supported on two parallel overhead rails and run in translation. Mechanical part: It is divided into three mechanisms, namely the hoisting mechanism, the trolley operating mechanism and the cart operating mechanism. (2) The hook hanger and pulley have no obvious defects. The steel wire wear and corrosion on the surface of the steel wire rope are less than 40% of the diameter of the steel wire, and there is no obvious thinning, no core prolapse, extrusion deformation, and burning loss. The wire rope end connection and the fixed part are well connected. The reel has no cracks; the safety roll is not less than 2 turns, and the ratio of the diameter of the reel to the wire rope meets the requirements. The balance wheel is well fixed, and the wire rope should meet the requirements. The brakes have no cracks, no looseness, and no serious wear.
