What is a Lever Hoist/Manual Hoist?

Lever hoist is also called manual hoist,it’s a simple to use, easy to carry manual lifting tool. The lever hoist can be used for lifting, pulling, lowering, calibration and other operations. The lifting weight generally does not exceed 50T. Widely used in shipbuilding, electric power, transportation, construction, mining, post and telecommunications and other industries for equipment installation, item lifting, mechanical parts pulling, etc.

Operational technical points

1. The lever hoist reliably fixes the hook of the hoist with the fixed object, and hangs the chain hook and the suspended heavy object together reliably.

2. The lever hoist lifts the heavy objects. Turn the knob to the “up” of the position card, and then turn the handle back and forth. With the back and forth of the handle, the weight will rise steadily.

3 The drop of the lever hoist weight. Turn the knob to the “down” position on the sign, and then turn the handle back and forth, and the weight will drop smoothly with the pulling of the handle.

4. Adjustment of the position of the lever hoist hook. In special cases, when the lever hoist is used to lift the loading cage, the lifting capacity of the hoist should be reduced to 1/3 of the rated lifting capacity. 4. In use, the electric hoist must be checked regularly by specialized personnel, and measures should be taken in time if any faults are found, and they should be carefully recorded.

5. Sufficient lubricating oil must be maintained during the use of the electric hoist, and the lubricating oil should be kept clean and should not contain impurities and dirt.

6. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the parts.

7. During use, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
