Portable gantry crane,also called A-frame crane.The light-duty gantry crane is a variant of the overhead crane. It is mainly used for loading and unloading operations in indoor and outdoor cargo yards, stockyards, and workshops. Its metal structure is like a door-shaped frame, and wheels are installed under the main beam, which can move directly on the ground. The main beam can have an outrigger cantilever beam or an electric hoist to lift the goods.

Integral bracket: The bracket belongs to the backbone of the small gantry crane and plays an important supporting role. It is composed of two columns and a beam. It is made of high-strength alloy steel and bears all the weight during the entire hoisting operation.

Electric hoist: Electric hoist is also an important hoisting drive part. With electric hoist, heavy objects can be lifted off the ground, which is the core key of hoisting operation. Electric hoist is lifted and lowered by remote control, which is simple and convenient to operate.

Monorail: It is not enough to lift vertically by the electric hoist. It is also necessary to adjust the position of the heavy objects. At this time, the monorail is used. The electric hoist is fixed on the I-beam by the monorail for horizontal movement, fine-tuning of the position.

Winch: The winch is located on the columns on both sides. Not all small gantry cranes are equipped with hand winches. The purpose of the hand winch is to adjust the overall height of the small gantry crane. The heavy height is controlled, which also facilitates the entry and exit of indoor and outdoor.
