Design and Manufacturing Features of New Type Hoist

Gear Motor:

Worldwide top brand gear motor like ABM, SEW to make sure the quality, IP55, F insulation class, overheat protection, manual release bar, and equipped with an electromagnetic brake.

Rope Drum:

Made of seamless pipe, CNC machined with the precision of concentricity. Advanced processing methods ensure the concentricity of the reels. The depth of the rope groove complied with FEM standards. High-strength lock plates are fastened on the drum to hold the wire rope to ensure the safety of lifting.

Wire Rope:

Adopt high-performance and high-strength wire rope with zinc surfacing plating which effectively prevents corrosion. High breaking force and good flexibility.

Rope Guider:

Use Special high-strength Nylon which is lightweight, prevents the wire rope from shipping and losing to off-groove, and safety first.
